Program: 'Designing A Rain Garden’/Plant Exchange

Summary: Conserving water in our gardens is important. Perhaps it is using plants that don’t require much water, or maybe a rain barrel will work in your yard. Learn about how rain gardens can help us conserve water and help the environment. Bring plants for the plant exchange. Make sure plants are in pots and labeled. Remember –in order to take, you need to bring!

Summary: Meet at Liberty Hyde Bailey Museum – 6:00 PM
This year, in place of our regular meeting, join the Garden Walk Committee and tour the gardens that will be featured in this year’s Garden Walk. The preview is free to members who plan to work on the day of the Garden Walk. Others will need to purchase a ticket for the preview. Our final destination will feature refreshments and a chance to socialize.
